Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
